Where Ignite the Fire's mission reaches beyond our walls — right here in Silver Grove and with partners overseas.
New Freedom Ministries partners with local leaders overseas to provide practical help — wheelchairs, medical care, food, hygiene supplies, and even a church building — to communities we could never reach alone.
Through our partnership with Bishop Christopher Nenga, New Freedom Ministries has helped provide wheelchairs, medical supplies, food for elderly widows and orphans, feminine hygiene supplies, and school sweaters for an orphanage and school girls in Zimbabwe.
Under the leadership of Apostle Warren Nyamatanga, New Freedom Ministries helped build a church in Karoi, Zimbabwe for the local community — from breaking ground through the finishing touches. The photos below follow that journey, from construction to a packed first service.
In partnership with Quinter Onyango, New Freedom Ministries supplies feminine hygiene products to girls in Kenya, helping them stay in school and stay healthy.
Ministry doesn't stop at our front door. Here's how our church family serves right here in the Silver Grove community.
Every other Saturday, our team prepares meals and hygiene bags, then heads into the community to meet people where they are — sharing a meal, a hygiene bag, and a conversation with our neighbors on the streets.
Sundays and Fridays at New Freedom Ministries are about more than a service — they're about our church family gathering to worship, pray, and grow together.
We also provide groceries and support to families in our community every Wednesday, 4:00–6:00 PM.
